RABAT, March 12 (Xinhua) -- Morocco's Maghreb Fez beat the Sporting Gagnoa of Cote d'Ivoire 3-1 in the first leg of their CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday.
At Complex Sportive de Fes in the city of Fez, Boua converted from the penalty spot to open the accounting for the Moroccan team in the 7th minute.
After Cote d'Ivoire managed for an equalizer in the 38th minute, Sektioui stepped forward to score twice in the 45 and 56 minutes to ensure the victory for Maghreb Fez.
Maghreb Fez progressed to the first round of competition, after claiming a 3-2 win in the preliminary round over the Congolese Athletique Renaissance Aiglons.
