HEFEI, July 5, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Soldiers carry stones to reinforce the dyke of Luochang River in Luohe Township of Lujiang County, east China's Anhui Province, July 5, 2016. Water level of Luochang River is 2.1 meters higher than its warning line due to continuous rainfall. A total of 120 soldiers has been dispatched to reinforce the dyke and block seepage.
