HUARONG, July 11, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Rescuers rest on a floating bridge in Huarong County, central China's Hunan Province, July 11, 2016. A dike breach happened on Sunday at a flood detention basin called Xinhua in Huarong County, according to an official with Hunan Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters. A floating bridge was established and the breach is gradually narrowing after over a day of rescue work. The Xinhua flood detention basin covers 4,400 hectares and is home to over 27,000 people.
