The drilling work of Keshen 605 well is expected to be finished in March of 2018, then the well will produce 300,000 cubic meters of natural gas per day. The annual gas supply of the Tarim Oilfield in Xinjiang increased from 351 million cubic meters in 2004 to 23.55 billion cubic meters in 2015. As a major natural gas source for the West-East Gas Pipeline, Tarim Oilfield has provided gas supply to about 400 million residents and over 3,000 enterprises in more than 120 medium and large cities across 15 provinces and municipalities in China.
