The confluence of the Ergune River and the Shilka River, two headwaters of the Heilongjiang River, is near Luoguhe Village. Seven families in the village have operated rural tourism business. Relying on good ecological resources, geographical advantage, folk custom of ethnic minorities and historical characteristics, people living in villages and townships along the Heilongjiang River develop tourism industry.
