SEOUL, Feb. 9 (Xinhua) -- South Korean President Moon Jae-in met and shook hands with Kim Yo Jong, a younger sister of top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong Un during the opening ceremony of the 23rd Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, Yonhap news agency reported Friday.
