TBILISI, March 16 (Xinhua) -- A ski-lift accident in Georgia's eastern Gudauri resort on Friday left at least eight people injured, according to the Health Ministry.
The group, including Ukrainian and Swedish nationals, were injured due to a ski-lift crash, Health Minister Davit Sergeenko said. They were taken to the Gudauri emergency clinic for treatment.
Local reports said the accident may have been caused by a voltage fluctuation or brake problems.
Gudauri, located in northern Georgia, is a well-known ski resort.
