BUCHAREST, March 29 (Xinhua) -- An accident occurred Thursday morning at the Cernavoda nuclear power plant in southeastern Romania.
The plant's operator Nuclearelectrica blamed an electrical system failure for the accident, in which the plant's unit 2 reactor was automatically disconnected from the national energy system.
