The grenade was hurled on Thursday night towards a police vehicle near bus stand in Jammu city, the winter capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir.

"Last night militants hurled a grenade towards a police vehicle near bus stand here, which exploded with a bang resulting in wounding three policemen and a civilian," a police officer posted in the city said. "The wounded persons were immediately rushed to hospital."
