ATHENS, June 3 (Xinhua) -- Greek citizens were pessimistic about the prospects of Greek economy after the end of the third Greek bailout program this August, according to a survey.

The 49.1 percent in the poll carried out by Rass polling firm for "Action 24"TV channel said that from their point of view the situation will worsen after August.

The 37.2 percent of respondents said that the situation will not change, while only 12 percent forecast better days to come.

Should elections were held this Sunday 29.7 percent of voters would support the conservatives of the current main opposition New Democracy party and 19.4 percent the ruling Radical Left SYRIZA.

The new umbrella coalition of center-Left parties "Movement of Change" would rank third, garnering 9.7 percent of votes, ahead of the ultra- Right Golden Dawn (Chryssi Avghi) which would receive 7 percent and the Greek Communist party KKE which would get 6.8 percent.

A total of 14.3 percent of Greeks have not made their minds yet which party they will support in the next general elections.

Some 52.8 percent of voters don't support the calls of opposition parties for snap elections. The current government's four-year term in office expires in September 2019.

The Rass poll was conducted in the period May 29-31 with the participation of 1,002 Greek voters nationwide.
