YANGON, June 15 (Xinhua) -- Five people have been killed and three others were injured in landslide in Mogok, Myanmar's Mandalay region, the Home Affairs Ministry said on Friday.
Triggered by heavy rainfall, three houses collapsed in the landslide which occurred on Thursday morning.
The injured were brought to nearby hospital for treatment.
Other residents were evacuated to the safer place by local authorities, local media reported.
