KATHMANDU, June 18 (Xinnhau) -- Pakistan's Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Zubair Mahmood Hayat arrived here for a five-day visit on Monday.
Hayat will meet Nepali President Bidya Devi Bhandari, Defense Minister Ishwar Pokharel and top authorities during his stay in Nepal, the army headquarters said in a statement.
Hayat will be holding bilateral talks with Chief of the Army Staff of Nepali Army Rajendra Chhetri, according to the statement.
The top Pakistani military official will be visiting other destinations in Nepal during the visit.
