KUNMING, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) -- Eight people were killed and one was seriously injured in a road accident in the county of Huize in southwest China's Yunnan Province Tuesday afternoon, local police announced.
The accident happened around 2:45 p.m. when a minivan rolled over a cliff on a road in Huize. Two people died at the scene and six died in hospital. The one injured is being treated in hospital, police said.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
