SPC releases measures to serve cross-Strait integrated development

BEIJING, March 26 (Xinhua) -- The Supreme People's Court (SPC) has released 36 measures providing judicial service for deepening integrated development across the Taiwan Strait.

The measures aim to promote economic and cultural exchange and cooperation, deepen integrated development across the Strait and protect fully and equally by law the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwan compatriots.

Among the 36 measures, 12 of them are for fully ensuring litigation rights of Taiwan compatriots, with nine for providing them with quality judicial service, seven for further enhancing safeguard mechanism and eight for promoting cross-Strait judicial exchange.
