China has been active in UN human rights undertakings, fulfills its international human rights obligations, conducts extensive international cooperation on human rights.
BEIJING, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- China fully participates in global governance of human rights, said a white paper published on Sunday.
The white paper, titled "Seeking Happiness for People: 70 Years of Progress on Human Rights in China," was released by the State Council Information Office.
