SHANGHAI, April 14 (Xinhua) -- Steel futures opened mixed Tuesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
The most active construction steel rebar contract for October delivery was up 5 yuan (about 71 U.S. cents) to open at 3,393 yuan a tonne.
The most active October 2020 contract for hot rolled coils, mainly used in cars and appliances, was down 3 yuan to open at 3,210 yuan a tonne. Enditem
