NAIROBI, July 22 (Xinhua) -- The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases across the African continent had surpassed 736,000, according to the Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. As the virus continues to spread, wearing face masks has become part of daily life for most Africans.
