BEIJING, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- A photography exhibition featuring the Spring Festival, or the Chinese Lunar New Year, will be held virtually as the holiday approaches, according to a recent notice from China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Comprised of three sections, the exhibition showcases 65 photos selected from 10,000-plus works submitted to a global program soliciting festival-themed photographs.
The exhibition aims at introducing the Spring Festival and extending Chinese New Year greetings to the world, and will be available in 10 languages, said the notice.
Considered as one of the most important holidays for Chinese around the world, the Spring Festival falls on Feb. 12 this year. Enditem
