BEIJING, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- February 3rd marks World Read Aloud Day. Created in 2010 by LitWorld, a nonprofit organization that promotes literacy, this special Day highlights the importance of reading aloud and sharing stories.
On World Read Aloud Day, people are encouraged to select a book, find a friend, and read aloud.
Let's seize the occasion to spread awareness of reading aloud by simply finding someone or a group of people to read a book to. Get ready for page-turning fun on World Read Aloud Day!
