WUHAN, April 26 (Xinhua) -- A delegation of diplomatic envoys, agency representatives and journalists from 25 Latin American and Caribbean countries visited central China's Hubei Province from April 22 to 25. During the trip, members of the delegation had a chance to feel the charm of Chinese culture, and also saw the latest development in some of China's innovative industries. The delegation visited several upstream and downstream new energy vehicle (NEV) factories in the cities of Xiangyang and Wuhan.
