RABAT, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- Morocco and Burkina Faso signed here on Friday a partnership agreement to strengthen judicial cooperation.

The agreement, inked by Moroccan Justice Minister Mohamed Aujjar and his Burkinese counterpart Bessole Rene Bagoro, aims to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in judicial capacities and to establish mechanisms for mutual visits.

In a statement to the press, Aujjar said the meeting was an opportunity to examine bilateral cooperation in order to support Burkina Faso in strengthening its expertise in the judiciary.

He reiterated the kingdom's willingness to support Burkina Faso's efforts to reform its judicial system, adding that the talks highlighted the prospects of cooperation in the areas of judicial reforms, legislation and training.
