DPRK to send high-ranking delegation to closing ceremony of Winter Olympics: S.Korea

SEOUL, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- South Korea's unification ministry said Thursday that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) will send its high-ranking delegation to the closing ceremony of the 23rd Winter Olympics held in South Korea's east county of PyeongChang.
