DOHA, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- Qatar has strongly condemned the two terrorist attacks that took place in the Afghani's capital, Kabul and the province of Farah which left more than 25 people dead, Qatar's state news agency (QNA) reported Sunday.
In a statement, Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed the country's firm stance on the rejection of violence and terrorism, regardless of its motives and reasons.
Qatar also sent its condolences to the families of the victims, the government and the people of Afghanistan, the statement said.
On Saturday, 22 soldiers were killed in the western province of Farah by Taliban militants. Furthermore, In Kabul, a suicide bomber detonated his explosives in an area dotted with critical diplomatic buildings, which left at least three security officers dead.
Jihadist group Islamic State said it carried out the attack, reports said.
