On the podium of the "Pastry Show", the greatest chefs and master chocolatiers will take turns every hour to present their best chocolate recipes and share their tips with the public.
This year's show will focus exclusively on concoctions made between beer and chocolate, two emblematic products rooted in Belgian culinary culture.
Peru, the only participating country that produces fine cocoas, has prepared a very rich program displaying some of its richly sourced cocoa beans and high quality chocolates.
The most promising creations on display at the 2018 fair will be revealed during a large exhibition of Easter eggs at the closing ceremony.
