SARAJEVO, May 13 (Xinhua)-- Waltzing couples on the second Austrian Ball on Saturday night here contributed to deepening of friendly relations between Vienna and Bosnia and Herzegovina's (BiH) capital Sarajevo.
By organizing the Austrian Ball, Sarajevo is listed among forty cities in the world where this unique dance event is being organized.
Ambassador of Austria to BiH Martin Pammer emphasized that "the main motive of this event is to deepen friendly relations between Vienna and Sarajevo, as well Austria and BiH."
At the Sarajevo City Hall, prominent names from the political, cultural and economic sphere in BiH attended the event.
Dietmar Pranter, a member of Austrian Military Orchestra, told Xinhua that it is very important for the events such as Austrian Ball to be held in order to bring two countries and their capitals together.
