Poverty alleviation measures improve people's lives in ethnic minority areas in China

People of Miao ethnic group who didn't have household registration certificates have been immigrated to the new village since 1983. The government helped 110 people to get household registration certificates which guaranteed their rights in healthcare, education and pension in recent years.
