MADRID, June 8 (Xinhua) -- Spanish shares lost on Friday, with the benchmark index Ibex-35 down 0.84 percent, or 82.70 points, to close at 9,746.30 points.
A total of 31 of the 35 large companies lost in the day.
Airport operator AENA was down 3.67 percent, followed by supermarket chain DIA and steel manufacturing corporation ArcelorMittal that lost 3.24 percent and 2.47 percent respectively.
Chemical and pharmaceutical company Grifols advanced 3.78 percent. Casing company Viscofan was up 1.40 percent and technology solutions provider Amadeus went up 0.57 percent. Enditem
