Local government helps family in difficulty in E China's Jiangxi

Photo taken on June 12, 2018 shows Liao Binsheng walking with his daughter at home in Yushui District of Xinyu City, east China's Jiangxi Province. Liao Binsheng, 68, has taken care of his disabled daughter Liao Yonghong for 40 plus years. With a wife in bad health condition and a daughter born with cerebral palsy, Liao carries the whole burden of the family. With the help of local government, Liao found a job at a local library, and also earns money by planting vegetables and recycling wastes besides his work. (Xinhua/Hu Chenhuan)
