Local government helps family in difficulty in E China's Jiangxi

Liao Binsheng sorts books at a library in Yushui District of Xinyu City, east China's Jiangxi Province, June 12, 2018. Liao Binsheng, 68, has taken care of his disabled daughter Liao Yonghong for 40 plus years. With a wife in bad health condition and a daughter born with cerebral palsy, Liao carries the whole burden of the family.
