BEIJING, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- China will further develop mass entrepreneurship and innovation, with a better business environment and lower corporate costs, according to guidelines released by the State Council Wednesday.
Upgraded mass entrepreneurship and innovation will help foster new drivers for growth, improve employment and support high-quality economic growth, according to the guidelines.
China will further streamline government administration, delegate more powers, and improve regulation and services to create a fair business environment, the guidelines said.
More fiscal support will be given to innovative products and services while the financing needs of innovative enterprises will be better met.
Scientific researchers will be encouraged to start their own businesses, while the training of university students in mass entrepreneurship and innovation will be strengthened.
Services for incubators and maker space will be improved, while technological innovation bases with global influence will be created.
