81-year-old artisan makes broomsticks for decades in Sanhegou, C China's Hubei

Yang Hanlin collects seeds to be used in growing broomstick fibers in Sanhegou Village of Xuan'en County, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, central China's Hubei Province, Oct. 5, 2018. An 81-year-old local artisan, Yang Hanlin has committed himself to the making of broomsticks for decades. Produced under a set of strict standards, Yang's broomsticks are known for their durability.
