NEW YORK, Nov. 24 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted 3 km west of Valera, Venezuela, at 20:41:13 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 20.16 km, was initially determined to be at 9.3144 degrees north latitude and 70.6351 degrees west longitude.
