TIRANA, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- The National Statistics Institute of Albania (INSTAT) is preparing the Census of Population and Housing 2020 at a cost of 15.8 million euro (about 17.9 million U.S. dollars), Delina Ibrahimi, director of INSTAT said during a consultative meeting on Tuesday.
According to Ibrahimi, all the essential questions of the census except questions about religious affiliation and belonging to ethno-cultural groups will be subject to verification and authenticity.
The 2020 Census will include information on family economy, individuals, migration, housing, education, employment, national minorities, religious beliefs and the number of foreigners in our country.
Unlike 2011 census, the 2020 census will be delivered with a tablet and the completed data will be online in real time.
