YANGON, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Two more bodies were recovered after being buried under stones due to Monday's landslide in Myanmar's Sagaing region, according to a release from the Information Ministry on Tuesday.
The figure brought the number of people killed in the landslide to three in total, with one seriously injured.
The landslide took place while a digging and loading operation was under way near Taungnyo-ywar-thit village in Sagaing township. Four people and two trucks were buried.
Early Monday, one body and one injured person were discovered along with the trucks, according to the Sagaing region police.
