YANGON, Feb. 14 (Xinhua) -- At least 10 bodies have been found so far in Monday's vessel capsizal near a lighthouse in Manaung, Myanmar's Rakhine, according to a news release of the Rakhine State Fire Department on Thursday.
With 26 people on board, the vessel named "Sin Pyaung," which came for repair and arrived at the Lapatkyun Lighthouse on Feb. 8, capsized on Monday as it leaned when berthing.
Due to being hit by wave, the body of the vessel collided with a rock under water, causing a break of the body, thus leaking in water.
At the time of capsizal, seven people were rescued alive, while nine were missing, sources said.
Search and rescue operation are continuing for the missing.
