Landmine blast kills 2 police officers, civilian in Jordan

AMMAN, Feb. 14 (Xinhua) -- Two police officers and a civilian were killed on Thursday when a landmine exploded in Jordan's west-central city of Al-Salt, Al Rai daily reported.

The explosion also caused several injuries, Al Rai reported, citing medical sources.

It is still unclear how and where the landmine exploded.
