CHICAGO, Feb. 14 (Xinhua) -- Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) wheat futures traded sharply lower on Thursday morning as traders locked in profits.
CBOT wheat, buoyed recently by upbeat export sales, had posted gains in the past four sessions in a row. Profit taking on Thursday morning dragged down wheat prices, which spilled over to other crops.
As of 1637 GMT, wheat for March delivery was down 12.25 cents to 5.10 dollars per bushel. March soybeans were down 11.5 cents to 9.05 U.S. dollars per bushel. March corn was down 3.5 cents to 3.7525 dollars per bushel. Enditem
