YANGON, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- Four people were killed and 10 others injured in a car crash in Myanmar's southern Bago region, the Home Affairs Ministry said on Tuesday.
The crash which involved three vehicles occurred in Waw town on Monday morning.
A fuel tanker lost control and crashed into a pilgrimage truck and a passenger car which were parked on the roadside on the Yangon-Mawlamyaing road.
The crash killed four pilgrims and injured 10 including two monks from both pilgrimage truck and the passenger car, the ministry said.
The injured were brought to the Waw General Hospital.
The driver of fuel tanker was charged with negligence.
