Death toll from Indonesia's flash floods, landslides rises to 77

JAKARTA, March 18 (Xinhua) -- Death toll from flash floods and landslides in Jayapura district of Indonesia's Papua province has climbed to 77, with 116 others sustaining injured, a local official in charge of rescue efforts told Xinhua over phone Monday.
