KUWAIT CITY, March 18 (Xinhua) -- The Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah strongly condemned on Monday a shooting attack on a tram in Netherlands' city of Utrecht.
In a cable sent to Dutch King Willem-Alexander, the emir strongly condemned the shooting attack, saying it violated all human values.
He expressed condolences to the victims of the attack and wished speedy recovery for the wounded.
Three persons were killed and five others wounded Monday in a possible terror shooting attack on a tram in Utrecht.
