DUBAI, April 16 (Xinhua) -- A real estate exhibition kicked off on Tuesday in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, with sustainable projects and innovative products from more than 60 local, regional and international developers and suppliers.
Some 15,000 buyers and investors are expected to attend this year's Cityscape Abu Dhabi, which showcases luxury projects and affordable ones to meet buyers' preferences, the organizers said.
The three-day exhibition, which is held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, is the 13th edition of the annual event.
"Throughout the build-up to the show, we have heard strong optimism from exhibitors who believe recent government's moves ... will be significant spur to Abu Dhabi's real estate eco-system," said Chris Speller, Cityscape's group director at Informa Exhibitions, which organizes the event.
Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi Cityscape Conference and its associated talks on April 17 to 18 will probe emerging trends of real estate industry.
"The program will be delivered by some of the industry's most highly-respected business analysts, strategists and government authorities," Speller said.
"They will provide insights into the hot topics in real estate ... enabling attendees to learn about regional and foreign growth strategies, opportunities and hot spots," Speller added.
