BEIJING, April 19 (Xinhua) -- The International Swimming Federation (FINA) announced the calendar for the World Swimming Championships (25m) 2019. The competition in the China leg will be held in Jinan, Shandong Province, from August 8 to 10.
The series was started in 1988 and is since then organized between August and November each year.
The 18th FINA World Championships (long course) will be held in Gwangju, South Korea from July 12 to 28.
Following is the calendar of the World Swimming Championships (25m) 2019:
August 2-4 Tokyo, Japan
August 8-10 Jinan, China
August 15-17 Singapore
October 4-6 Budapest, Hungary
October 11-13 Berlin, Germany
November 1-3 Kazan, Russia
November 7-9 Doha, Qatar
