BEIRUT, May 15 (Xinhua) -- Lebanese Health Minister Jamil Jabak said on Wednesday that Lebanon will export its pharmaceutical products to countries including Iraq, the National News Agency reported.
"We are negotiating with the Iraqi health minister the possibility of exporting our pharmaceutical products to Iraq and we are waiting to get over with the agreement soon," Jabak said during his meeting with Industry Minister Wael Abou Faour.
Jabak also vowed to facilitate the establishment of new local pharmaceutical factories with a high quality of production to supply the Lebanese market with affordable products.
