PHNOM PENH, July 6 (Xinhua) -- Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen said on Saturday that he will fly to Singapore next week for the treatment of a sprain in his right shoulder.
"Because of the sprain in my right shoulder, and (local) doctors have advised me to visit doctors in Singapore for checkup and treatment, I'd like to ask for understanding from both foreign and Cambodian friends that I canceled my planned meetings with them next week," he said in a post on his official Facebook page.
The 66-year-old prime minister did not say what caused an injury to his right shoulder.
Hun Sen has his body checked up and treated regularly in Singapore.
