WELLINGTON, July 11 (Xinhua) -- An operational incident halted Wellington train services on the Kapiti and Hutt Valley lines about 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, a week after a train derailment caused the New Zealand capital's traffic chaos.
The cause was not clear as the train operator Transdev said the incident occurred outside Wellington Station and they are now investigating the cause.
Other Wellington lines ran unaffected. Transdev has found some buses to help transport train passengers.
