He addressed reporters at conclusion of the top level leadership meeting in West Bank's Ramallah city and said that "as of tomorrow we will start putting a plan for exiting agreements."
Abbas chaired this urgent meeting in the wake of massive house demolition in East Jerusalem town of Sur Baher, which was the first to take place in areas classified as area (A), which is under Palestinian control as per the 1993 interim Oslo accords.
He said Israel evades its responsibilities under signed agreements and its obligations under international law, accusing it of imposing "an apartheid system" against Palestinians in the occupied territories.
"We believe in peace. It doesn't mean at all that we accept the status quo to go on or surrender. We will not live with the occupation or with the century deal," Abbas said.
He also urged Islamic Hamas movement running the Gaza Strip to implement the national reconciliation deal.
