KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, July 30 (Xinhua) -- A militant detonated his explosive-laden motorbike killing himself and wounding three others in Spin Boldak district of Afghanistan's southern Kandahar province on Tuesday, police spokesman in the province Jamal Barikzai said.
According to the official, the blast happened in Ganj area of Spin Boldak Tuesday morning, killing the bomber on the spot and injuring three civilians.
The official blamed Taliban militants for organizing the bombing. However, the armed outfit that is largely relying on suicide and roadside bombing has not made comments yet.
