Shandong beat their third Group A rivals Tianjin Guanlan 91-80 after leading the first half 40-33 despite Tianjin's solid defence.
Tang Ziqi scored 29 points for Shandong before he was fouled out with five minutes remaining.
Sichuan smashed Taiyuan Elites 85-47, as Liu Yutong pocketed 21 points and grabbed seven rebounds, and her teammate Tang Ziting earned 16 points, three rebounds, plus three assists.
In other play of Tuesday's games, Xi'an beat Chongqing Bashu 81-61, Dongguan Xinshiji won 61-39 over Jilin Qing'ao, Changsha Ya'ao smashed Liaoning Zhongda 71-53 and Beijing Ducks defeated Yunnan Qujing 82-42.
