Flowertime exhibition held in Brussels, Belgium

Flowers are seen on the first day of the Flowertime exhibition at the Grand Place outside the Town Hall in Brussels, Belgium, Aug. 14, 2019. Every other summer, in alternation with the Flower Carpet of the Grand Place, the City Hall of Brussels receives Flowertime.
