WUHAN, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- Officially branded products of the seventh Military World Games will begin online sales on Friday on JD.com, one of China's leading online retailers.
The 200 licensed items on sale are mainly of 10 categories, including silver commemorative badge, stamp album, commemorative shirt with mascot "Bingbing", stationery, toys, bags, leather goods, ceramics and other handicrafts embodied with Chinese elements.
This online store is the only official licensed sales channel online, while there are also 21 physical franchised retail stores.
According to the head of the marketing department of the executive committee of the Games, these stores can be windows into Chinese culture, Military Games values, and the Wuhan city.
The Military World Games will be held from October 18 to 29 in Wuhan.
